Move With Me Pediatric Therapy provides consultation for legal pediatric cases in Illinois and partners with firms to provide the following services:

Case strategy consultation

We are available to meet prior to litigation to discuss cases and answer questions based on child’s needs, documentation review, future needs of child, etc.

Medical record review

We are available to review current OT/PT/ST evaluations, other medical records, school records, IEPS and therapy notes in order to provide a summary of functional deficits, developmental interpretation, identification for missing information, and strengths/weaknesses of the case.

Expert Reports

After review of medical records, we can prepare reports that provide pertinent information on functional limitations, developmental expectations, future therapy needs, possible adaptive equipment, home recommendations and school accommodations.

Deposition Preparation

We can provide assistance in preparation in educating in pediatric terminology, developmental milestones, sensory processing, fine motor development, school based-OT and pediatric equipment.

Expert Witness Testimony

We are available for trial day and taking the stand to provide our knowledge and education for the case.

Continuing education presentations

We are available to provide education and training sessions on specific pediatric topics, diagnoses and development.
